Why I enjoy Working for NY Farm Net I enjoy working with Farm Families, because of their culture, work ethic, and because they are requesting services. When working as a School Social Worker there were times when I was the person helping them to see that their child was having difficulties in the school setting. A message that was not easy to receive. I enjoy working as part of a network, because I have the flexibility to accept as many or as few cases as I want.
